Too much stress can be detrimental for ones health. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an increase of the daily stressors experienced. This presentation aims to review the stressors and difficulties related COVID-19 pandemic, and will provide techniques and tools that may help individuals navigate and cope positively throughout these challenging times. Self-care tips, tactics, and tools for stress management will be introduced.
